Gites holiday
accommodation in the Loire Valley together with Bed and Breakfast in the heart of
the Saumur vineyards in the Loire Valley, France.
The gites at Le Clos des Guyons are situated on the 'Route Touristique des Vignobles
d'Anjou", in the pretty wine producing village of Le Puy-Notre-Dame, (now with its own wine appellation);
Although on the edge of the vineyards it is only a few minutes walk to the bar, restaurant, bakery, supermarket
and pharmacie and, with three major towns within a few minute drive, it is an ideal base from which to tour the Chateaux,
vineyards and other attractions of the Loire. The gites have en-suite facilities and swimming pools and are exceedingly well equipped to make exceptional holiday accommodation.
We have a third, independent gite on the other side of the the village with its own grounds and
private pool but still within easy walking distance of all the village
amenities.

Les gites au Clos des Guyons sont situé dans le joli village du Puy Notre Dame, la cité du vin,.sur la route Touristique des Vignoble d'Anjou. Les gites, sont bien situé pour regarder les chateaux et les autre attractions de Val de Loire. Toutes nos gites sont bien renovée avec les cuissines tout equipée et toutes les chambres ont les facilitiés privée

Both our gites are newly renovated and fully equipped. The gites are situated in the pretty wine village of Le Puy-Notre-Dame and within easy walking distance of the artisan bakery, bar, restaurant, hairdresser, supermarket, pharmacie, etc., whilst also being next to extensive vineyards Our gites are located an easy five minute drive from the pretty rose growing town of Doué la Fontaine and the very attractive small chateau town of Montreuil-Bellay. The major chateau town of Saumur is only a 15min. drive away Our gites are perfectly located to use as a base to explore the Chateaux and other delights of the Loire Valley, Angers and Tours. Both Gites at "Le Clos de Guyons" and the gite at "Le Clos Charmeur" have totally secure parking so that you can enjoy your stay in the Loire Valley with no fears about your vehicles security. As we live on site we are always there to answer any queries, make any reservations and generally help in any way we can. These are two great links I have found. "IDEAL FOR SHORT BREAK ACCOMMODATION IN LOIRE VALLEY"
Because of the growing number of low-cost flights available now you can easily rent a weekend gite in the Loire Valley for less money than a short-break in the UK. For example, you can be relaxing in your gite or enjoying your welcoming glass of local sparkling wine, less than two hours after leaving London Stansted, Southampton, East Midlands, Manchester and Shannon, arriving into a variety of airports, such as Tours, Poitiers, Angers, and Nantes-Atlantique, all within easy driving distance of our gites at Le Clos des Guyons. There are car hire desks at all airports. Inearly Spring, or late Autumn, the Loire Valley can be a delight and we have now installed a pool heater to extend the pool season. We can normally arrange pro-rata rental based on the number of days divided into the appropriate weekly gite seven day rental Because of the explosion in low cost air fares during the past few months we have now added the link below which is a list of current airports from which you can now fly to your Gite in the Loire Valley from almost anywhere in the UK.
