'LE CLOS DES GUYONS' TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Lets commence Saturdays.

Properties available from 4.30pm and need to be vacated by 09.30 AM latest on your day of departure.
(We do all we can to get them finished as soon as possible and you are welcome to wait on the terrace if you arrive before they are readied).

Prices are in Euros, per week, and include bed linens, pillowcases, towels (except pool towels) bathmats, tea towels, gas, water, electricity, heating and taxe de sejour. (Pooltowels are available for hire at a nominal rate)

A non refundable deposit of 25% is required, with the final payment due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday.  A separate, refundable, security deposit cheque of £150.00 against breakages and final cleaning is payable on final payment.  Any breakages, damage or cleaning charges, will be deducted from the security deposit and the balance returned, at latest, one week after departure.  Security deposit cheques will not be cashed during the period of the holiday.

Holiday insurance against cancellation is most strongly advised as holidays are payable in advance and it is most unlikely that we will be able to re-let your particular week(s) at short notice, (although we will make every effort). Thus in the absence of insurance you will stand the risk of losing both deposit and the final payment.

Normal household insurance has been taken out by the owners but guests are requested to ensure they are fully covered for any additional insurance they may feel necessary.

Whilst we conform to all legal requirements use of the pool and of  bicycles are solely at the visitors risk.

You agree to read and comply with all the regulations regarding usage of the pool on arrival at Le Clos des Guyons.  Please note, in particular, that, for obvious reasons, we do not allow young children who may not be potty-trained to use the pool unless wearing a child's wetsuit designed for the purpose. We can supply a shallow, inflatable pool for this eventuality.

Access to the properties is restricted to those named on the booking form unless prior agreement has been reached with the owners. This includes use of all facilities available to our guests, (eg.bikes, pool,showers etc).

The owners of the property retain the right of access to the property at any time and the contract is forthe holiday rental period only and does not imply that the rights of the tenants are those of any form of long or short term letting under any legal system.
